Eligibility

  • Policy must be purchased either before or within 30 days after the vehicle handover
  • Up to 30 days to register your claim
  • You can cancel your policy in the first 30 days and receive a full refund, provided no claim has been authorised.
  • If you cancel after 30 days you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund, provided no claim has been authorised
  • Must reside within the territorial limits - England, Scotland (excluding any Islands), Wales and Northern Ireland

What can exclude me from making a Cosmetic Insurance claim?

Minor Damage that cannot be defined as a Scratched Area, Chip, Minor Scuffs or Minor Dent 

- Repairs to any body panel/bumper or part of a body panel/bumper that has been cracked, ripped, torn or perforated

- Any Pre-Existing Damage

- Minor Damage that involves accessories, door mouldings, window mouldings or lights

- Minor Damage caused by hail, rust or corrosion or where rust has settled into the panel / damaged area

- For any damage on a poor previous repair
