About carverse

carverse is a new vehicle dealership with a completely reimagined car shopping experience. We believe the car buying process should be easy, exciting, fun and fully digital. We strive to build trust and confidence by delivering an exceptional customer experience, while providing full transparency in everything we do.

carverse was founded in April 2022 as part of the Norton Way Group. The group decided to create the Used Car Supermarket after discovering a need in the market to create a car shopping experience that is truly centered around the customer. Norton Way Group has been specialists in customer service for over 30 years and now has 10 dealerships across Hertfordshire and West London. The group strives on building on long term customer relationships and understands that every customer has different needs when creating their ideal car purchasing experience.

We now want to take what the group has learnt over the 30 years and provide a Used Car Supermarket experience like no other.

At carverse we don't believe in forcing you to purchase your next car in a particular method that will suit us - that's why the choice is completely yours.

We have some flexible ways you can purchase from us including buying online with delivery at a place of your choice (it could be at home or at work), visiting our Used Car Supermarket in Letchworth, Hertfordshire, or using our click & collect service - where you can purchase a car online and then collect it at our Letchworth store.

Our supermarket is located alongside some of our other dealerships within Norton Way Group and shares a building with our Honda franchise. Our Used Car Supermarket is home to an extensive range of vehicles, all of which are able to view and test drive. Our team are on hand to make you feel at home as soon as you arrive in our innovative customer lounge that has more of a hotel lobby feel rather than a traditional car showroom.

Don't worry if the weather isn't great and you don't feel like walking around our forecourt, we have a number of large touch screens that enable you to view any of our vehicles from our extremely comfortable seating areas.

We also have the facility to purchase any of our vehicles completely online from the comfort of your home. You simply follow the steps on our website and then pick home delivery or collection from our Letchworth store.

We have multiple options when purchasing online from finance (PCP or HP), Bank Transfer, or Card Payment.

When applying for finance our system will allow you to pick a monthly payment and deposit that suits you, you can then apply and sign your agreement completely online.

If you get stuck along the way simply give our team a call and we will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Reserve any car for £99

If you find a car that is right for you we would recommend placing a £99 deposit to secure the vehicle for 48 hours. You will then be able to arrange a visit to test drive the vehicle or finalise the remaining purchase steps online.

The £99 reservation is fully refundable if you decide the vehicle isn't for you.
